I have two shot guns I am going to be selling to a coworker and I was wondering if anyone could help me with the values of these guns the first is a mossberg 500C 20 Ga In decent condition and the second is a Stevens 77C 12 Ga Pump Not in very good condition any advise of help would be much appreciated.

Fri, March 16, 2007 - 10:08 AMId say get a bluebook or if you dont want to spend the cash and cant borrow one swing by a FFL that you get along with, I guarantee that they will have one behind the counter that you can look at.
I dont remember ever seeing a Mossy in 20 ga for sale locally, Ive never bought anything under 12 ga myself so no idea. As for the Stevens, not a brand I am familiar with, condition plays a big part so more details really would be needed, is it banged up, is it rusted, etc?
Ballpark guess, you would be looking sub $200 prices on each -

Fri, March 16, 2007 - 2:43 PM200 is a bit too much for a highly used mossberg---look at the ejector lever for cracks--and 200 is a little too little for the stevens but 400 for the pair is a real good price
