One of the initiatives they are pushing, titled "Keeping terrorists from buying guns" will prohibit anyone on the no-fly list from buying guns. No conviction necessary, you don;t even have to be charged with a crime, you may not even know you are on the list, but you'd have your 2nd ammendment rights ended. If you read the legislation, there is no backup plan. No recourse to the law, no way to fight it. Just like the secret no-fly list, you cannot question why you are on it, you cannot get your name removed, you can;t even see the list. So some TSA hump decides you look mid-eastern and you are banned. Sarah thinks it is a good idea. Oh ya, they are still trying to require semiautomatic pistols to micro-imprint the bullet as it is being fired. They did mention assault weapons a few times. Hillary will likely go with whatever HCI is pushing. They're good friends. I don;t expect anything too creative from Hillary, and Obama will likely not be very proactive about gun control...but doing nothing is just as bad as it will allow the antigun lobby to push through a lotta crap.
