  Don't get your hopes up.
  
  The Supremacy Clause trumps everything.
  
  And then there's the Commerce Clause that lets the Fed tell you that you are banned from producing tomatoes or Basil or some such in your back yard or window sill garden based solely on the thesis that it's a commodity that is used in interstate commerce and they can regulate it all they want.
