    I'm not very shotgun-savvy... What's the difference between 'trap' and 'skeet'? I heat these terms all the time referring to shotguns and I have no idea what they mean, other than it seems to me they have something to do with the trajectory of the clay pidgeon, right?

      Trap guns are set up so you always have the bird in sight when you
      pull the trigger. They tend to have longer barrels. Skeet guns are short and light.

        what's the difference in how they are employed? what types of shooting applications are they used for?
